  1. Early Childhood Development Mini Job Fair

    Las Positas College and the Tri-Valley One-Stop Career Center is hosting a mini-job fair specifically for Early Childhood Development. At least fourteen organizations of various sizes will be participating. To help prepare for the job fair, there will also be a special resume and job fair preparation workshop at the Tri-Valley One-Stop Career Center (6300 Village Parkway, Suite 100, Dublin) on June 21, at 11:00 a.m.

  1. Teen Tuesdays: Zentangle Picture Frames

    June 28, 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM @ Dublin Library

    Teaching artist Karen Wardell will instruct us in the art of zentangle drawing and help everyone with design ideas. After practicing, students will put their drawing skills to good use and decorate a picture frame with zentangle patterns. This program is for teens ages 13 - 18.

  2. Preschool Playtime

    June 29, 10:00 AM - 10:45 AM @ Dublin Library

    As your child’s first and best teacher, you are invited to come and participate in early literacy activities with your child. This program is perfect for one- to four-year-olds. We’ll be playing, dancing, and making a simple craft. Playtime is a cellphone-free zone. For the safety of all children, please do not bring food to the program.

  3. Puppet Art Theater Presents "Tommy's Pirate Adventure"

    June 29, 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM @ Dublin Library

    Tommy’s back and he and his dog Fifi are enjoying living on Alligator Island, at least until the pirates show up. Pirates and a mixed up treasure land Tommy and his dog in big trouble with Barnacle Billy and the evil Captain Rigatoni. Confusion and mayhem lead to fun as Tommy ends up playing pirates for real in “Tommy’s Pirate Adventure.”

  1. "Farm-to-Table: Dublin's Farmers" Exhibit

    April 16 - July 31 @ Dublin Heritage Park and Museums

    Explore Dublin's farming past and the lives of the farmers in this valley. This exhibit highlights the Kolb family and how they interacted with other farmers and businesses in the region. The Kolbs would take cattle to Moller Ranch for butchering. Walnuts were sent to Travis Boone's place. Chicks and eggs were sent to Hayward and then off to foreign markets. Bushels of tomatoes were shared. Photos and personal documents help tell the story of how Dublin's farmers cooperated with kin and community.
