Heritage and Cultural Arts CommissionThe Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission is an advisory body to the City Council and City Staff. The Commission conducts public meetings on the second Thursday evening of each month, 7:00 p.m., in the City Council Chambers at 100 Civic Plaza. Agendas are posted prior to the meeting at the Dublin Civic Center, Senior Center, and the Dublin Library. This Commission is made up of seven members of the community who serve four year staggered terms. HerThe Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission (HCAC) considers and makes recommendations to the City Council on historical, cultural and artistic matters by:
The Heritage and Cultural Arts Commission may also review and make recommendations on the City of Dublin budgets for arts programs, facilities, and the Heritage and Cultural Arts Long Range Plan for the community.
