Bikeways Safety Education Class in Dublin on April 17th

A two-day Bikeways Safety Education Class is scheduled to be held in Dublin on April 17th and in Pleasanton on May 3rd.  Hosted by the East Bay Bicycle Coalition, the goal of the class is to educate bicyclists on how to ride safely on city streets.  Please download this flyer for more details.Adobe Acrobat PDF File. Day One is a street skills class held at the Dublin Library (200 Civic Plaza) on Thursday, April 17th, from 6-9:30 PM.  The class will learn about safe cycling, riding in traffic, crash avoidance, and bicyclist rights and responsibilities.  Day Two is the on-road instruction at the Pleasanton Tennis and Community Park Meeting Room (5801 Valley Ave) on Saturday, May 3, from 10 AM - 4 PM.  Day Two will put into practice the skills learned during Day One.  A bicycle is required for Day Two.
