Who do I call if a storm drain has backed up or my street is flooding?

Contact the City Manager's Office at (925) 833-6650 Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. During other hours and on weekends, please call the Dublin police non-emergency number at (925) 462-1212.

Who do I call if I witness illegal dumping into a storm drain?

Call the City Manager's Office during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (925) 833-6650. During other hours and on weekends, please call "911" to report any hazardous illegal dumping.

(Hazardous materials are motor oil, antifreeze, gasoline, transmission fluid, photographic chemicals, solvents, paints, concrete, cement, household cleansers, pool chemicals, pesticides, batteries, and produces containing mercury.)

How can I help prevent stormwater pollution and improve water quality?

Remember "Only Rain Down the Storm Drain"! Never dispose of pollutants, such as leaves, grass clippings, litter, motor oil, paint, pesticides, or other pollutants into the storm drain system, sidewalk, gutter or streets. Use Best Management Practices (BMPs) during your everyday activities. Click here for a list of informational pamphlets and BMPs that you can use to reduce pollutants from entering our waterways.
