Community Development Block Grant (CDBG)
Each year, the City of Dublin receives an entitlement grant of federal CDBG funds through the Alameda County Department of Housing and Community Development. CDBG funds must be used for projects which benefit households or individuals at or below 80% of the area median income. The City has traditionally granted these federal funds to eligible non-profit agencies which provide housing and needed community services benefiting low-income Dublin residents.
