Major Retail Centers

The City of Dublin has shopping and entertainment opportunities that rival any in the Tri-Valley area. The City of Dublin is a shopping destination for residents of the Tri-Valley and beyond, as Dublin offers world-class shopping - from regional shopping centers to neighborhood plazas with specialty shops. as well as a wide variety of restaurants to meet every need.

Hacienda Crossings Shopping Center

Since it's opening in 1999, the Hacienda Crossings Shopping Center has been the Tri-Valley's most vibrant shopping and entertainment center. The retail line-up at Hacienda Crossings includes Best Buy, Barnes and Noble, Babies R Us, Old Navy, ULTA Cosmetics, and Any Mountain, to name just a few. It is also home to the area's largest theater complex, the Hacienda Crossings 20 plus IMAX.

Hacienda Crossings also offers dining opportunities to meet any tastes, with restaurants including Macaroni Grill, Mimi's Cafe, Fuzios, On the Border, Fuddruckers, Black Angus, Applebee's, and Taxis.

Waterford Place Shopping Center

Waterford Place is the City's newest shopping center. Located at the corner of Dublin Boulevard and Tassajara Road, Waterford Place is a mixed-use development that features approximately 130,000 square feet of retail, anchored by Safeway. Safeway has been joined by restaurants including Stacey's, Amici's Pizzeria, Armadillo Willy's and Baja Fresh, to name a few. These uses are complemented by several new uses, including Wells Fargo Bank, Blue Tomatoes Furniture, and Pet Food Express.

Dublin Place Shopping Center

The Dublin Place Shopping Center continues to provide the retail anchor for the City's central business district. Dublin Place, located at Dublin Boulevard and Amador Plaza Road, is home to Target, Expo Design Center, Burlington Coat Factory, Bassett Furniture, Anderson's TV, Pets Mart, Video Only, Bank of the West, and Carrow's restaurant. Stay tuned as new retail development is planned for this center!

Just west of the Dublin Place Shopping Center is a center anchored by Mervyns and Longs Drugs. Additional tenants include JoAnn's Fabrics, Subway, Wells Fargo, Citibank, Aaron Brothers Art Mart, and Baskin Robbins.

Safeway Center

The Safeway Center, located directly across Amador Plaza Road from the Dublin Place Shopping Center, includes a new 55,000 square foot, state-of-the-art Safeway store, has an additional 10,000 square feet of complimentary service uses including Panda Express, The Postal Annex, and Supercuts.

Village Parkway

Village Parkway, located at the corner of Dublin Boulevard and Village Parkway directly east of the I-680, offers a unique variety of neighborhood serving retailers and service providers. The area is complete with boutiques, restaurants, and shops that encourage you to get out of your car and walk.

The area has undergone many changes in the last 12-18 months with the inclusion of new lighting, street furnishings and underpass art projects at both ends of Village Parkway (Dublin Boulevard and Amador Valley Boulevard). Village Parkway merchants have a great deal to offer - come see for yourself!

Shamrock Village Shopping Center

The Shamrock Village Shopping Center is undergoing a façade upgrade on the entire center. Located at the intersection of Regional Street and Amador Valley Boulevard, the Shamrock Village Shopping Center is home to Dollar Tree, World of Shoes, Gallagher's Pub, and Round Table Pizza, to name a few. Other tenants in the center include Big Lots and Casa Orozco.

Lamps Plus Center

Situated on the west side of Dublin at the intersection of San Ramon Road and Amador Valley Boulevard, the Lamps Plus Center is approximately 54,000 s.f. in size and includes numerous tenants, including Lamps Plus, Hana Japan, Livermore Cyclery, Imprint Works, and Country Waffle, among others.

Dublin Corners

The newest of the City's shopping centers, Dublin Corners is a 46,200 square foot neighborhood center that provides goods and services to the community. Tenants in this center, which is located at the southeast corner of Dublin Boulevard and Myrtle Drive, include Sheldan's Bakery Cafe, Wok's Up Asian Fusion Restaurant, Washington Mutual, Site for Sore Eyes, and Papa John's Pizza, to name a few.

Ulferts Center

The newest of Dublin's shopping centers, the Ulferts Center will be a unique and exciting retail complex totaling 50,500 square feet on two floors. The project, at the southeast corner of Dublin Boulevard and John Monego Court, is currently under construction and expects to open by the end of 2006.

Auto Dealers

The City of Dublin is fortunate to be the home of the largest selection of auto dealers in the Tri-Valley area. The City's auto lineup includes:

FUTURE RETAIL DEVELOPMENT(S)!

Emerald Place - 140,155 square foot of open-air retail center at the southwest corner of Dublin Boulevard and Martinelli Way (next to the approved IKEA). It is anticipated that development will begin during Summer 2006 and could be completed within 14-18 months.

The Promenade at Dublin Ranch - The Promenade at Dublin Ranch will offer 230,000 square feet of retail, dining, entertainment and office space within the 1,500 acre, master-planned Dublin Ranch community. The project will emphasize a pedestrian-friendly main street with beautiful architecture and charming ambiance and will draw from Tri-Valley residents, out-of-town visitors, and local employees.
